 Our mission here at Labor Compliance Specialists is to streamline the Certified Payroll Process for Owners, General Contractors and Subcontractors and provide payroll services. By understanding the complexity of the Certified Payroll process, we can manage the entire process for our clients, thus reducing exposure for incorrect and/or incomplete documents and avoid payment delays due to incorrect and/or insufficient payroll reports. We  focus  on the Labor Compliance portion of construction projects.  We work closely with GC's, Subcontractors and Awarding Bodies to ensure all employees on Public Works, Section 3, and Davis Bacon Projects are paid accurately and all documents submitted correctly.  We pride ourselves in protecting firms from financial harm and liquidated damages through our monitoring and submission processes.  Through consistent communication with our clients and their tiered subcontractors, we confirm due diligence has been performed to meet the requirements of and on all Section 3, DVBE/WBE/SBE/DBE, Federal and State Prevailing Wage projects.
